Come volunteer with CrossingBarriers to make a real difference in the community! By participating with CB, you can earn community service hours, or even college credit, all while doing something beneficial for  youth that are struggling in their schools and community.

By mentoring a young person, and becoming a true friend and confidante to them, you can play a part in giving back to the community in ways that will affect the youth.

Community Outreach Position

Community Outreach Volunteer Position Description

One of the main pillars of CrossingBarriers is conducting outreach to low-income, communities of color in the twin cities. Through this community outreach, voices that are usually underrepresented can be heard. In addition, the volunteer will conduct focus groups with community members, where common issues and concerns will be addressed.
